These terms apply when you use baabaa.ie, run by BaaBaa.ie.

What BaaBaa.ie does

BaaBaa.ie helps you find registered childcare and join their waitlists. An application is a request sent to a childcare, never a place held for your child. Each childcare decides whom to offer its places to, and BaaBaa.ie takes no part in that decision.

Your account

You sign in with your email address, so keep your email to yourself: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Keep the details you give us accurate.

Using BaaBaa.ie fairly

Don't apply for children who don't exist, apply for someone else's child without their agreement, copy BaaBaa.ie's data in bulk, or try to break or overload it. We may close an account that does.

Our responsibility

We work to keep BaaBaa.ie running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we aren't responsible for the decisions childcares make. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under Irish law.

Leaving

You can stop using BaaBaa.ie at any time. "Delete all my data" on your Account page deletes your account and everything we hold about you.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date. Irish law applies to them. Questions go to contact@baabaa.ie.
